My car has been there twice in the last 3 months. No actual work has been done each time. Now it’s being pushed out another 6 weeks.. not once have I received communication from the service department whether it’s to pick my car up or book the next appointment. I am the one that has to call to find out if the car is ready for pick up. And even when promised to get a call back from Laura, it doesn’t happen. Fed up with this place. Never found it so hard to get my car serviced.
Very happy with the outcome of my service done on my next gen wildtrak. Especially grateful for the service advisor Matty; she did an awesome job of sorting out a J-brace installation that had to be done on the same day
Although the salesman was pleasant, the refusal to enter into any other negotiation other than their already exisiting ‘free registration’ offer was disappointing to say the least.

Excellent service at 15,000 km, with all logbook items done, and recorded engine checks investigated. Repairs were covered by warranty, with parts available from stock, minimising delays. The vehicle was returned clean, inside and out. Fixed price was honoured.
